School collects PII, like name, photograph, billing address, contact information including email address, as well as other relevant information online, through its various channels like (but not limited to) surveys, courses, subscriptions, etc.
School does not collect any PII from students who merely browse or access any content. However, if a student wishes to access additional information on the courses offered by the school, they will be requested to register. Registration entails filling up of a form that may contain some PII.
NON – PERSONAL DATA
We may collect non-personal data of the students whenever they interact with our website. Non-personal data may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about the student, means of connection to our Sites, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized, and other similar information.
When you access the school platform from a computer, mobile phone, or another device, we may collect information from that device about your browser type, location, and IP address, as well as the pages you visit. The platform keeps track of the pages a student/user may visit by appropriately capturing the IP addresses, browser information, etc., using cookies. The information collected using cookies might be used for the analysis of student behavior. The school is not liable if the cookies are used by advertisers or any other third parties when you visit the school platform from other sites or if you visit another site after visiting the school site.
SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA
The financial details of the student is saved on this platform for the purpose of transactions made to purchase the courses of Rise Digital Business Hub or any of the Rise programs including the other ones from SOUL LLP and as long as the subscription to the platform is active.
This is to share that the school follows privacy best practices and is in compliance with most regulations. Any update in our policy in consonance with evolving regulations will be notified to the students via email with subject “privacy update”.
SHARING INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTY
At school we strictly follow the policy of not sharing any sort of students’ personal or non-personal data with any third-party vendors.
CHOICE AND CONSENT
The school believes that the students shall be given appropriate choices and their consent should be free and informed. Therefore, any personal information which is shared on our platform is due consent and by using the platform and service the student is giving consent for the same. Thus, the school platform also provides adequate means through which students can make appropriate choices and give their consent even to share their sensitive personal information.
PROTECTION OF INFORMATION SHARED WITH APPLICABLE LAWS
The information provided by you will be categorized into: (1) “Personally Identifiable Information” and (2) “Non – Personal Data” and (3) “sensitive Personal Data”. Each will be governed by applicable laws and regulations. It will be the earnest endeavor of Rise Digital Business Hub to remain compliant with the latest regulations to the extent commercially feasible.

We may retain students’ personal data only as long as may be reasonably necessary to satisfy the purpose for which it is processed. We may alter this practice in accordance with emerging legal and business requirements.

To personalize student experience: We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our students as a group use the services and resources provided in our School.
To send periodic emails: We may use Student email addresses to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. Their email addresses may also be used to respond to student inquiries, questions, or other requests and to send reminders with respect to upcoming webinars and challenges.
To share details on new courses: We may use the student email addresses to send them the updates on the new available courses which they may like to opt for.
To share newsletter: We may use the student email addresses to send them the newsletters with the achievements and other details of the schools like new courses, names of the students who scored the most in different courses offered by the school etc.
PROTECTION OF INFORMATION SHARED
School is very firm in following the policies and usage of software’ to secure the data collected (be it personal or non-personal data) from the students through its platform. At school we have followed reasonable security practices to secure the details entered by students while logging into the system while opting for different courses.
ACCESS AND CORRECTION
School is a firm believer that students own their personal information and hence, wherever possible, school provides provision to access and update personal information either directly through the web or by notifying us directly via electronic mail at the contact addresses specified below.
School may collect the same information multiple times from same individuals when carrying out specific surveys or students opting for different courses. This collection is to update and correct student records that are already there with the school.
The term “school” used in the policy refers to the learning platform provided to the students for the purpose of attending courses they have subscribed to at Rise Digital Business Hub
No individual under the age of 18 years shall be allowed to use the platform or legally enter into this agreement.
Students under this policy refer to individuals who are subscribed to the educational platform and are engaged in the courses provided by Rise Digital Business Hub
